Can I get a refund?
We do not accept refunds. We accept exchanges up to 30 days if a garment is faulty or does not fit. We also accept returns for store credit.
How long does shipping take?
For standard U.S shipping, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for garments to be processed (hand-cut, sewn, and packaged). After orders are processed, please allow up 5-7 business days for the package to reach you.
Is expedited shipping available?
Currently we are not accepting payments for expedited shipping as we are working on order processing times.
Is international shipping available? How long does it take?
We do provide international shipping to several different countries using DHL Express. Shipping costs and estimated arrival will be calculated based on address through Shopify at checkout. For any other questions regarding international shipping, contact our email email@example.com.

Can I request my garment to be my exact body measurements?
Yes! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and exact pant measurements (waist, hip and inseam in inches) top measurements, (bust, arm and waist in inches) or dress measurements (bust, arm, waist, hip. inseam in inches).
How can I see what size to order?
We have a credible size chart listed on our sizing page. Please refer to the chart to get your exact size.
I want a garment but it is no longer in stock. Will it be restocked?
We source, cut, and sew all of our pieces. Due to that, all pieces are limited and once sold out, it will not be restocked (unless announced).
